When is the campsite open ?+
The campsite opens on 20 March and closes on 29 October.
Are you VACAF approved ?+
No, we are no longer VACAF approved.
Are pets allowed ? +
Pets are allowed but sometimes under certain conditions. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. Your pet must be vaccinated and kept on a lead. You agree never to leave your dog alone on the pitch or in the mobile home. Finally, for everyone's respect, please keep the site clean when walking your pets.
Is it possible to book 2 pitches or mobile homes side by side ? +
Yes, it is possible. We advise you to rent two accommodations of the same category to propose you to be side by side. You must inform us when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the limits of our availability.
My child is a minor and wants to go away for few days with his friends, is this possible?+
No sorry, according to the internal regulations, minors must be accompanied by an adult family member (father, mother, brother or sister).
How can I contact you ?+
You can fill in our contact form or call us on 05 56 09 82 87 during reception opening hours. As we are not part of a chain, it will be a member of the team who will answer you and whom you will meet in person during your stay.
Is there wifi in your campsite ?+
Wi-Fi is available via the "Camping Les Sables d'argent" access. By clicking on it, you will be automatically redirected to the page where you can choose your package and pay online. The fibre will be installed for the 2023 season !
On arrival
What are the arrival and departure times ?+
For rental properties, arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am. For camping pitches, arrival is from 2pm and departure before noon.
Do I need to provide a deposit ?+
Yes, for mobile homes, a deposit by credit card is required and will be destroyed after your departure. It is also possible to give it in the form of a cheque.
Is it possible to arrive after the closing time of the reception ?+
Yes, if you have booked in advance. Please let us know, we will prepare an envelope for you to collect on arrival.

What colour are the pitches on the map ?+
The pitches for tents, motorhomes and caravans are shown in light green on our map.
What type of electrical outlets are available for the pitches ?+
Our electrical terminals are equipped with European plugs. If you are not equipped, you can rent or buy one at the campsite reception.
Is it possible to stay in a camper van ?+
Yes, a service area is available.
In a mobile home
Are babies included in the accommodation capacity ?+
Yes, babies are counted in the capacity of the accommodation: the number of people indicated must not be exceeded, for reasons of comfort and safety.
Is there a television in my accommodation ?+
Some of our Priméo mobile homes can be equipped with a television. If you wish to rent one, please indicate this when you make your reservation and we will redirect you to one of these mobile homes if possible.
Are blankets and linen provided ?+
We provide duvets, pillows and undersheets for the beds, blankets and pillows for the convertible benches. We offer bed linen and towels for hire on request.
Are the terraces covered ? +
Yes, all our terraces are covered or partially covered, whatever the size or range of the accommodation.
During your stay
Can I park a second vehicle on my pitch ?+
Only one vehicle is included per pitch. Free parking spaces are available outside the campsite. We can allow two vehicles on the campsite for an additional fee of 5€.
Are swimming shorts allowed in swimming pools ? +
No, only short swimming costumes such as boxers are allowed. All other clothing is forbidden in the pools.
Do you have equipment for babies ?+
We offer the rental of a "Baby Kit" including a high chair and an umbrella bed for 25€ per week.
Can I use a barbecue during my stay ?+
Charcoal barbecues are not allowed on the pitches. Only electric and gas barbecues are allowed (however, please note that planchas and electric barbecues require a lot of electrical power). If you don't want to take up too much space, you can use a collective barbecue on site.
Are visitors allowed ?+
Yes, we accept visitors for a fee of 3€ to 4€ per visitor, depending on the period.
Are the pools heated, if so at what temperature ?+
Our swimming pool and the paddling pool are heated to between 25° and 28°.
Is there a launderette on the campsite ?+
Yes, it works without tokens, only with coins or credit cards: 5€ for a washing machine and 3€ for a dryer.
Is there à mini-club or a teenage club ? +
The mini-club welcomes children from 4 to 12 years old every morning during the summer holidays and is supervised by our two activity leaders. The teenagers/adults club, from 13 years old, welcomes young and old every afternoon during the summer holidays.
How far is the city center and the beach ?+
We are on the beach front so you can get to the beach from the campsite. And we are 2km from the city centre.
Are there any cycle paths nearby ?+
In front of the campsite you will find a cycle path: "La Vélodyssée", going either in the direction of the city centre or in the direction of l'Amélie.
Until what time can I drive into the campsite ?+
The gate is closed in the evening at 11pm and opened in the morning at 7am.
